Haha.adidas Originals is taking a bite out of the garden of Apple with the introduction of their new iPhone App. The App allows users to snap a picture of a sneaker adidas samba and with the help of special 3D image recognition software, users get a recommendation for a currently available new pair of sneakers closest matching that product from the iconic sportswear label.

User will also be able to check out the nearest adidas store, flip through the product catalogue, or become one of the 10.5 million fans on the adidas Originals Facebook page. Product views are offered in a 360 degree view and users will also be able to find adidas Originals stores within 50 km of their location. The iPhone app was previewed at Lollapoloza this weekend, and is currently available in the Apple App Store.
