DENVER (AP) — Given the company on his line Authentic Josh Manson Jersey , Gabriel Landeskog has a tendency to be overlooked. That’s perfectly fine with the Colorado captain.Landeskog scored twice, including the winner with 3:20 remaining, Mikko Rantanen added two more on the power play and the Avalanche recovered after blowing a three-goal lead to beat the Dallas Stars 6-4 on Saturday night.“I’m fortunate to be part of such a good line that finds different ways to score goals,” Landeskog said.Colorado’s top unit came through once again as Landeskog, Rantanen and Nathan MacKinnon combined for nine points. Landeskog started things off on the right note with a power-play goal. He made sure it ended on a good note, too.“Landy is the guy who is underrated, probably doesn’t get enough credit,” Avalanche coach Jared Bednar said. “He’s a glue guy on that line. He’s a calming influence.“Call him a complementary player, whatever, but he’s been getting into areas to score goals all year long.”Here’s another compliment Ondrej Kase Jersey , courtesy of Dallas coach Jim Montgomery, the former University of Denver head coach: “Their top line is special.”Landeskog, Matt Calvert and Rantanen staked Colorado to a 3-0 lead during a first period in which the Avalanche had two goals disallowed due to goaltender interference.Esa Lindell and Tyler Seguin brought Dallas back by scoring 44 seconds apart in the middle period. Seguin added another in the third and Jamie Benn tied it with 4:36 left.Landeskog’s winner was a redirect after a shot by defenseman Erik Johnson from the blue line. MacKinnon sealed the win with an empty-net goal. MacKinnon also had three assists to help the Avs snap a three-game skid that included an overtime loss in St. Louis on Friday.Rantanen had two goals and an assist in extending his point streak to 14 straight games. The Finnish forward’s point streak ties MacKinnon (last season) and Joe Sakic (2000) for third-longest since the team moved to town in 1995-96.Pulled from his last two starts, Semyon Varlamov found his groove early, staggered in the second and then made several big saves in the third period. Varlamov has allowed 18 goals over his last four games.“We’ll play really well for stretches like the first and we’re having trouble sustaining it,” Bednar explained. “I think it’s the same for our goalies.”Ben Bishop gave the Stars a boost in goal after taking over for starter Anton Khudobin following the opening period. Bishop finished with 14 saves. The Stars finished winless on a four-game trip.“I can’t say we know what type of team we are,” Montgomery said. “You’re going to have ebbs and flows. We’ve got to get back on track here.”Trailing 3-0 midway through the second period, Lindell scored a short-handed goal and Seguin followed with another over a sprawled-out Varlamov.Rantanen’s goal late in the second made it 4-2 and set up an entertaining third period. Rantanen has a league-leading 56 points this season.Colorado nearly broke the game open early on in the first, but Colin Wilson’s goal was disallowed on review for goaltender interference when A.J. Greer and a Dallas defenseman crashed into Khudobin.Carl Soderberg also had a goal overturned for bumping into Khudobin.“You’ve got to play a full 60 minutes in this league to win games and we didn’t do that tonight,” Benn said. “We just didn’t give ourselves a chance to win this game.”NOTES: Dallas recalled F Denis Gurianov from Texas of the AHL on Friday. … D Taylor Fedun and RW Alexander Radulov both had two assists for the Stars. … Colorado F Alexander Kerfoot missed a third straight game with an upper body injury. … Avalanche F J.T. NEWARK Rickard Rakell Jersey , N.J. (AP) Getting ready to play the Flames, the New Jersey Devils knew they had to stop Calgary’s top line of Johnny Gaudreau, Sean Monahan and Michael Ferland if they wanted to win. They didn’t, and they didn’t.Gaudreau scored the go-ahead goal and set up Monahan’s second of the game, and the Flames won their third straight with a 3-2 decision on Thursday night.”We’re good friends off the ice and we’ve been playing together for four years now,” Gaudreau said of Monahan after the Flames improved to 15-5-5 on the road. ”The chemistry keeps building and building, and it’s a lot of fun to play with him. He’s a leader and we’ve been fortunate because there’s been less than 20 to 30 games in my career where I haven’t played with him.”The linemates weren’t the only big contributors for Calgary.Backup David Rittich made 30 saves, giving Mike Smith a rare night off. He was at his best in the third period when New Jersey held a 12-1 shot advantage.”It’s huge that he has a game like this,” said Monahan, who has five goals in his current four-game goal scoring streak. ”Smitty has been great for us all year Womens Ryan Getzlaf Jersey , he’s been the backbone of this group, so having Ritter come in and give Smitty a break, that gives our team a ton of confidence.”Taylor Hall and Pavel Zacha scored for New Jersey, which lost its second straight and sixth of nine. Keith Kinkaid made 22 saves.”One of the biggest things we had to do tonight was shut down their top guys,” said Hall, who tallied his 20th of the season. ”Their top line is dangerous and they don’t need many chances to get one past you. We didn’t do that. We made it hard on ourselves. I thought we had a really good third period, but too little, too late.”Calgary scored all its goals in the second period. After Monahan and Hall exchanged goals in the opening 7:23, Gaudreau put the Flames ahead after getting away with a trip on Nico Hischier as Hall and Jesper Bratt skated up the ice on a 2-on-1.Instead of shooting, Hall’s pass to Bratt was off target and the puck went around the boards. Michael Ferland collected it http://www.officialducks.com/authentic-adidas-ryan-kesler-jersey , found Gaudreau at the Devils’ blue line and the New Jersey native beat Kinkaid with a backhander on a breakaway at 14:33 for a 2-1 lead.Monahan stretched the lead to 3-1 with 1:55 left in the period. After taking a pass from Gaudreau, his initial shot from the left circle hit the goalpost, went into the air and bounced off the helmet of defenseman Andy Greene. Monahan collected the puck low in the right circle and scored his 27th goal and fifth in the last four games.”We were making some good plays out there and moving the puck around and luckily enough I got rewarded a couple of times,” Monahan said.Zacha closed the gap to 3-2 at 7:23 of the third period with a nifty backhander in close with New Jersey on a power play.”They had opportunities in the second and scored and we had opportunities in the third period and didn’t find a way to put it in the net,” Devils coach John Hynes said.NOTES: Flames RW Michael Frolik played in his 700th NHL game. … Calgary RW Troy Brouwer was hit in the face by a puck early in the game and missed a portion of the first period. … LW John Quenneville played with the Devils for the first time this season.
